When a baby is born, the world celebrates a beautiful new beginning. But somewhere in all that joy, the mother — the woman who has carried, nurtured, and brought a little human into the world — is often forgotten.

In a small survey conducted by Eev, we asked mothers about the gifts they received when someone visited them for the first time after delivery. The response was heartbreaking: 73% of mothers said they received absolutely nothing.

That finding stayed with us. Because motherhood deserves to be celebrated, too.

And that’s where Eev was born — from a simple belief that mothers deserve to receive love, care, and thoughtful gestures, not just give them.

We want to normalise gifting for mothers. To make it just as natural to bring a gift for the new mom as it is to bring one for her baby. To offer her a little moment of joy, a reminder that she matters, and a gentle pause from the endless demands of motherhood.
